Michael Flanagan:

  • No you do not need to register at the Community Centre but you will need to bring proof of address and ID to the event to show box office staff when you purchase the day tickets.
  • You can enter via any gate and go to any box office for day tickets. We recommend using any known footpath routess

Christine Battersby:

  • You will be able to purchase day tickets from any box office so you can use any car park. You will need to purchase a car park pass on the day too.

Please could you tell us how much the residents' day tickets will be?

Follow-up question about Day Tickets.

I can see online that these will be available on the day from the Yellow Gate (North Lodge Entrance). Info here: https://www.wildernessfestival.com/info/residents-information/

But the new Residents' Parking Scheme will increase the difficulties of those who qualify for a local day ticket, but who can't walk to the Yellow Gate and then on to the performance areas because of mobility or other  issues.

Will the Local Day Tickets be available to those who pay on the day to park at one or more of the car parks? If so, which car parks please?

Two crucial (well: crucial to me) questions:

- if we only want a dayticket do we have to fill in the form and go to the Community Centre this weekend? Or can we just roll up on the day?

- which gate do we roll up to? The one in Park St? Or do we have to hike to the Green Gate on the B4022?

Residents of OX7 3** and OX29 9**, if you missed out on requesting local tickets, or making it to Charlbury Community Centre to register, this week is your last opportunity to complete both. We have reopened the request form and are hosting one final registration weekend to make sure you can join us in Cornbury Park this summer.

If you did not complete the request form previously, please follow all of the below instructions. If you completed the request form but did not make it to Charlbury Community Centre to register, please skip to step 2.

STEP 1 - Request tickets using this form.

STEP 2 - Visit Charlbury Community Centre on Saturday 17th or Sunday 18th May - 2pm-4pm. You will need to provide proof of address and proof of identity, which they will match with your completed request form.

STEP 3 - Two weeks following registration, you will receive a passcode and link to buy your tickets.

If you are not able to attend for the full weekend, day tickets will be available to purchase each morning of the event at our on-site box offices on a first come, first served basis.

If you have any questions, please email residents@wildernessfestival.com. Please feel free to share this information in your local Facebook/Whatsapp groups.
