New Sustainable Food Trust Grazing Livestock Report

Last week the Sustainable Food Trust published their new Grazing Livestock Report.  It brings together the latest research to present a compelling case for the role of grazing livestock in a UK food system transformation. Crucially, it differentiates between the intensively-reared livestock that are part of the problem, and the 100% pasture-raised animals that can be a key part of the solution to our climate, nature and health crises. Released at a critical time for the UK's food and farming systems, it is now important that the report is read as widely as possible and that the six, positive actions recommended by the SFT are taken.
