Looking for a *working* old-fashioned/vintage TV to borrow

Following the wonderful support from the Charlbury community for my son Alex's college art project last year (for which he got a distinction), we're reaching out once again. For his final major piece, on which his entire degree classification depends, he is creating an animation around the theme of childhood memories. This animation will need to be displayed at the degree exhibition in June.

He would like to do this by showing it on an old-fashioned TV, using a DVD to play it. It shouldn't be antique, just something pre-flat screen, nice and bulky - but most importantly, working and with some sort of AV input option. If you have something that you would be happy for him to borrow/rent, or you have ideas on how we could get hold of something like this (the ones on eBay are expensive!), please message me on 07903 661767 or using the messaging facility of the forum.
