It happens regularly to the space outside the co op - by locals ! In all types of car , always has , always will - until an alternative place to park is made available

maybe it actually broke down there and is a disabled car…

Maybe we shouldn’t be too quick to judge, I remember a few years ago visiting Sidmouth and watching while an elderly guy in a Porsche 911 unloaded a walking frame from the boot, and shuffled off on it. I was amazed to see that you could fit a walking frame into a Porsche 911(on the other hand, I’m inclined here to veer on the side of thinking…arrogant so and so!)

Tonight, in the disabled parking bay outside of the deli. Couldn’t see a blue badge but perhaps I missed it? Does it take a special kind of arrogance to think you can just park your car on a disabled spot with complete disregard to others? ;Wonder where they were going to?
