Tenf to agree with HB that this is hardly Forum material.

Avoiding party politics-

1. Have we a mandate to do anything? Don't think so.
2. IF we have, do we still have the capability?

Britannia should not waive the rules and no longer rules the waves.

And why are you singling out Libya?
Why are they more important than eg the Ivory Coast?
