Sun 30 Mar, 20:32 Hello people, has anyone else found the discount code only working for some tickets (in our case adult) not all the tickets we need (3 teen and 1 child)? I have emailed... |

Sat 22 Mar, 09:38 I am still waiting for my email with code etc. Am I the only one or are others still waiting? If there are a number of us still waiting maybe an other session at the Community center to help sort us out would work. |

Wed 19 Mar, 10:02 Message from Wilderness HQ - Hi all, All links and codes from the final registration day should now have been received. Please check your junk folders if you have not found them. If you still cannot find the email or experience any issues when trying to book your registered tickets, please email residents@wildernessfestival.com. For example, if it is only showing junior and child options that means there is a glitch and we will send you a new link. Apologies for any inconvenience caused but this should resolve all the problems experienced. If you have submitted the request form and did not make it to register at Charlbury Community Centre previously, please hang tight. We're looking into a solution to get you signed up for tickets. Any other queries, please use residents@wildernessfestival.com. Thank you! |

Tue 18 Mar, 19:25 Mine arrived too. For those who got the wrong tickets allocated: there is a way of hacking the link to make it work correctly, apparently, but not sure exactly how! |

Tue 18 Mar, 09:37 I finally received the link on Friday, but only junior and kids tickets are available to select, not the full set that we registered for. There’s also no ‘unlock’ button to input the code they’ve shared, and the link lower in the email (which does have an ‘unlock’ button) is for camping tickets. All pretty confusing. I’ve emailed residents@wildernessfestival.com and no word as of yet… hoping it won’t be too late to resolve! |

Mon 17 Mar, 17:15 I had exactly the same thing Georgia. I then tried the link further down which allowed me to select the right tickets but when I tried to pay for them I got "There aren't enough tickets to complete your request". Every year it's a complete clusterf*&%. Never have any problems with Feastival. |

Mon 17 Mar, 16:18 I also received mine, but for 2x junior tickets (not the 4 adult tickets requested!). Have emailed but no response back yet… |

Mon 17 Mar, 16:02 I received mine but they've allocated me 2 X Junior tickets instead of 4 X Adult tickets. Sigh. Hoping it's just an admin error and it's easy to rectify. |

Mon 10 Mar, 09:52 I saw this thread and looked in junk mail. My invitation to retrieve the tickets had gone there. I tried retrieving my tickets and my Ticketmaster password (unused since last year) wouldn't work anymore. I tried to change it. After 5 attempts I had managed to do the whole process in the 1min 30 secs allowed to change the password and pay for them. Great success. Good luck Angela. |
