I haven't seen anything of this so-called local online nejghbourhood help-group for a few years now but I recall investigating it when I first was contacted by them and getting exactly the same responses as Alan back then.

Mark it as spam as I did and you shouldn't get any more from them.

Is anyone else getting emails from this outfit?

"Your Charlbury neighbours want you to join Nextdoor"

I know nothing about them, and they are bombarding my inbox.  I've unsubscribed, of course.

I prefer eyeball to eyeball contact with my neighbours, over a pint at the Rosie or something at the Deli.

We have Neighbourhood Watch anyway, and Charlbury.info
