CNHC prescription request collection box at Five Ways Store

The Receptionist at Chipping Norton Health Centre told me today that there is now a collection box for prescription requests in Londis, Five Ways Store , Charlbury. 

I have confirmed this evening that it is there, it arrived a few weeks ago. The label on the collection box advises allowing 8 or 9 days for prescription to be received and dispensed.

There are also Chipping Norton Health Centre prescription collecting boxes in the following locations:-

Outside Chipping Norton Health Centre

Long Compton village shop

Chadlington Cafe de la Post

Hook Norton Village Shop and Post Office.
