Mon 17 Feb, 12:43 Ok, thank you. Plumbing co I called said I needed to know which one (out of 3) it was and then they could help. |

Mon 17 Feb, 12:42 Harriet it will be trial and error, unless someone has labelled your stopcock. A plumber will just use trial and error too. |

Mon 17 Feb, 12:18 JustJust in case charlbury can help quicker than Thames water..... We have a burst pipe at my mother's house. I need to be able to tell the emergency plumber where the outside stopcock is, they suggest contacting Thames water who only have an AI chatbot. How do I know which one is for my mother's house vs neighbours? And can anyone recommend a plumber as apparently i can't contact anyone until the stopcock issue is resolved |
