Tue 4 Feb, 16:06 Hi Everyone I hope you've had a good start to the week. Nice to see the afternoons getting longer and lighter at last! You can see the menu (and inspiration) for the next couple weeks HERE. We're using Ditchley Venison and a host of local veg to create a warming Indian-inspired feast! We should have capacity for takeaway on Thursday nights, so if you'd like to order do drop us a line to: chloescharlburyreservations @gmail.com This week we've also launched a new culinary book club with my friend Ash (another local cook from down the road). The first book is 'Like Water for Chocolate' and you can find details of our first event HERE. I would also like to give our nearest-and-dearest a heads-up that although we're not getting especially lovey-dovey we are most definitely filling up for valentines evening, so if you'd like to come do get a booking in! You can do that HERE. There are still tickets for our next couple of Long Table events, just a few for 26th February (in collaboration with Independent Oxford, with talks from Tap Social and Velocity Couriers), and good availability for our March 19th event with local food writer Kathy Slack (talking about her new book, Rough Patch - we'll be serving dishes from this too) and Mel Moss (who is setting up The Bull/Public House Groups hospitality school - a really exciting project). Tickets for both of these are available from www.chloescharlbury.com/whatson As ever, thank you all for your support, look forward to welcoming you soon. Chloe and the gang.xxx |
