John, echoing Christine, this might save you some time if there are lots:

"The official Discogs App is the best way to catalog your music collection, find that hidden gem, check pricing and buy music from the world's largest discography of physical music. Search millions of artists and albums. Find an album by its barcode."

Have you considered using Disccogs? The app is easily available online. But I must admit it's rather time-consuming to use it, and the returns will be small. Perhaps worth it for a box set. Unfortunately most used record shops don't accept 78s.

There are other suggestions and some very useful advice for selling 78s here: https://www.thegreencentre.co.uk/get-involved/green-a-to-z/r/records/

We sold a load of Vinyl records to this outfit in Witney:

I don't know if they take 78s though.  You could phone them...They might know some outfit that does.

Anyone got any suggestions about what to do with a load of old 78s that we inherited from parents but don't want?
