I have used Edmund Jenkins at Bampton Legal for US notarisations. Very helpful and will come out.

Andrew Shaw (Fairfax) used to be a Notary.  I don't know if he still is.  Central Charlbury.

We have used Nick Owens (Oxford Notary) on a couple of occasions for USA notarizations. He is based in Standlake but he is quite happy (perhaps even prefers) to go to the clients.
