Hi Rachel,

John Staley has helped me through many a puzzling time,   He's based in Banbury; red@johnstaley.co.uk.  Charges reasonable; experience excellent; often does this magic thing where he inserts himself into the client computer from a distance,   Also very good company, does not sit there sucking the end of his pencil while you think of something to say.

Technology is changing so fast! I don’t think it is just me who is finding this challenging?

Any thoughts/recommendations re support/learning for a small local business?

My IT person has retired. I need:

• A patient IT person to engage on an ad hoc or retained basis face to face.

• On/line training recommendations.
