Wed 15 Jan: Charlbury WI monthly meeting - speaker crime author Jonathan Cox

Our January speaker, Jonathan Cox, is an ex-detective and author of a fictional series of eight books based on his life in the police force. Having retired from the Metropolitan Police in 2013, he has enjoyed best-selling success for his work.

The series follows the life of PC Chris Pritchard, aka Nostrils, who joined the Met in the early ‘80s and was posted to London's tough East End. The books collectively trace his police career via his numerous postings, his rise through the ranks and whirlwind of adventures along the way.

To be followed by tea, coffee & cake. Charlbury WI is always delighted to welcome visitors and new members (ladies only please). 7.30pm at Charlbury Primary School. Any enquiries please make contact on charlburywi@oxfordshirewi.co.uk.
