Mon 26 Feb: Why are you doing this?

This event is in the past.

'Why are you doing this?' is a series of talks for Lent arranged by Churches Together in Charlbury. In these talks we shall hear from some of our neighbours dedicated, in different ways, to making the world a better place.

Talks are being held in the Friends Meeting House, Market Street, on Monday evenings at 7.30pm between 26 February and 18 March.

On Monday 26 February Ian Cave will talk and answer questions about his experience of living for 3 months in the West Bank and taking part in EAPPI - the World Council of Churches Eccumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel - which is working towards a just peace between Israelis and Palestinians.

Everyone is welcome. There is no charge but donations will be gratefully accepted and given to charities nominated by the speakers.
