Relax and unwind in the build up to Christmas with a guided deep relaxation (yoga nidra), meditation and sound healing bath. No prior experience needed.
Led by Carole Love , sound healer and Nikki Jackson, yoga therapist and mindful meditation teacher.
Please bring a mat, blankets and wear loose warm clothing
