Speaker “A lifetime in Investment” Tony Yarrow interviewed by Paul Jackson
After a successful education including Cambridge (MA History) Tony set out to be a Financial Adviser in 1984. Managing investment funds continuously from 1988-2021 (33 years) and winning various industry awards.
In 1992 he founded Wise Investment ( in Chipping Norton) which is now three companies managing £6.0bn and employing 65 people. Company became employee-owned 2013 and West Oxfordshire Employer of the Year in 2018.
Since retirement in 2021 Tony has been acting as an investment adviser to the Royal Society ( £300m portfolio) and several smaller charities. He is also a keen Beekeeper supplying weekly honey to FarmEd where he is a pro bono Director.
