We will walk to Shorthampton and visit the 12c All Saints Church where the main interest, lies in its wall paintings. The nave is quite extraordinarily rich in medieval paintings; some are fragmentary, but many others are very clear and well preserved. Local artist Amanda Cooper will meet us there to give an introduction to these extraordinary images.
