An Introduction to Chocolate Making with Márcia Harvey. Márcia recently trained as a professional chef in culinary arts and patisserie at the Ashburton Cookery School. She has a passion for patisserie, and in particular chocolate-making, and sells chocolates locally and online. Márcia also has exciting plans to open a café / bistro in Market Street, Charlbury later this year.
You will start by making a spicy hot chocolate and enjoy tasting different strengths of chocolate. You will learn how to temper chocolate, make chocolate bars, roll and decorate truffles and pack your beautiful creations to take home.
