Visit the Town Museum on Saturday from 10.30 to 12.30 pm. Wend your way through the Plant Sale in the garden, and explore the five rooms in the museum. Then take coffee in the Corner House at the Museum's coffee morning, and go home with a home-baked cake. This is one of of the fund-raising events which keep the museum running.
For a more peaceful visit, try Sunday from 2.30 to 4.30 pm. Admission only £1, children free.
