What are essential oils? Why they are effective? How to de-stress and create a spa environment at home. We will have some oils and aromatherapy beauty products on the day to sample.

· Need 1 or 2 volunteers for a foot massage to demonstrate how easy it is to de-stress when we create a spa environment at home.
· The workshop is free, but the products will be available for purchase.
· All the attendees will be entered in a draw to win an aromatherapy night cream.
· Lastly everyone who attends can book to have a free skin analysis and mini-facial at home as well as learn how to unwind and relax.
