Sat 19 Sep: Charlbury Saturday Market

The Charlbury Saturday Market is back at the Community Centre this Saturday 19th September, between 9 am & Noon.

Styan Family Produce return to offer seasonal fruit & vegetables, fresh from the Vale of Evesham.  This week, the focus is on Herefordshire Russet apples, Damsons, Little Pax apples, Spinach beet & salad onions.

There's also a wide range of tomatoes, sweet Corn, strawberries, purple sprouting broccoli & new potatoes.  Eggs, honey juices are also available.

The Market Bread stall, run by volunteers with all profits going to local projects & groups.  Gatineau sourdough & mixed grain breads, plus baguette & ciabatta, both plain & with olives.  Sweet pastries & savoury quiche complete the offer.

Primal Meats will be with us, offering a wide range of grass fed, organic & free range lamb, pork, chicken & beef, along with other delicacies.  Go to www.primalmeats.co.uk to see the details and the chance to order meat boxes.  See also the post on the Charlbury Forum.

The Saturday Market is a joint initiative between Charlbury Town Council & Charlbury Community Centre.
