Sat 1 Aug: Charlbury Saturday Market
It's the first Saturday of the month and so we have a larger number of stalls this week that will let you stock up the larder, freezer & fridge for the week/s ahead.
Styan Family Produce will be at the market, as usual, with their wide range of fruit & vegetables. All the basics are covered, potatoes, onions, carrots & kale. There's cherries, chard, kohlrabi & cabbage. Along with eggs, beetroot, juices & honey. Don't forget, to avoid the queues, you can order in advance & just collect your veg-box on site.
The Gatineau bread range will be available again at the Charlbury Market Bread stall. There's mixed grain, sourdough, ciabatta (plain & olive) along with sweet pasties & savoury quiche. All profits from this volunteer run stall go to local projects & groups.
Padstow Fish will be back with their wide range of white & smoked fish and all that's fresh from the sea this week.
Wheymore Cheese are with us with their delicious & tempting range of cheeses from the UK & Europe.
Primal Meat are offering their excellent range of grass fed, organic & free range beef, lamb, pork, chicken, sausages & steaks.
Cotswold Wildflowers will be returning with their range of cut dahlias in medium or larger bouquets, showcasing their beautiful range of blooms.
fortyfour-44, the panini & breakfast bap van, will be on site to offer a filling breakfast, tea, coffee & soft drinks.
The weathers looking good, every bit of produce on sale is at it's best so we hope to see you there.
The market is a joint initiative of Charlbury Town Council & Charlbury Community Centre.
