Wed 11 Mar: March Exec on Tour: Nature Recovery and Evenlode Catchment
Dear all,
We’re delighted to invite you to our next Executive meeting, part of our Executive on Tour series, as we head to Charlbury on Wednesday 11 March 2026.
Following the 2pm Executive meeting, colleagues will showcase the Council’s Nature Recovery work and the impressive projects taking place across West Oxfordshire to restore rivers, strengthen habitats and protect local wildlife.
This is more than a meeting. It is an opportunity to hear first-hand how nature recovery is happening on the ground and to connect with the people making it happen.
We’re particularly pleased to be joined by members and volunteers from the Evenlode Catchment Partnership and the Charlbury Land and Nature Group. They will be sharing insights from their work and inviting attendees to take part in hands-on, interactive activities exploring river restoration and flood management, and to find out more about the garden ponds, road verges and hedgehogs in the town.
These activities will run from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, so please feel free to drop in even if you can't make it to the Executive meeting.
