Sat 21 Feb: Styan Family Produce : Saturday market stall
Our favourite fruit & veg stall will be back again this Saturday, outside the Community Centre, between 9 am & Noon.
Its a last call this week for Seville Oranges, so if you haven't made your 2026 marmalade get yourself down to the stall.
This week, seek out fresh salad leaves, Tundra; a semi Savoy cabbage, Cauliflower & purple sprouting broccoli. Carrots, red cabbage & eating apples are also on show.
Eggs, honey, juices together with preserves & chutney are all available.
For the future, rhubarb is coming on well, spinach beet & red chard should soon be ready & the new crop of Cima di Rapa is in the ground.
