Nine Acres Management Committee – Annual General Meeting
The Nine Acres Management Committee will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 9 December 2025 at 7.30pm in the Sports Pavilion, Nine Acres Recreation Ground.
Everyone is welcome to attend. The AGM is open to the public, and those present are entitled to vote on AGM business. The posts of Secretary and Treasurer will be appointed at the meeting, and these roles may be filled by current committee members or any other suitable persons. (Please note that the Chair is appointed separately by Charlbury Town Council as Trustee.)
