Mon 10 Nov: Mill Field planting for Nature Recovery 9.30-12.30

This event is in the past.

Over the spring and summer a group of local nature enthusiasts have been growing up hundreds of wonderful flood meadow plants and we are now ready to plant them out on the Mill Field as part of the Charlbury Nature Recovery launch year.

We've had 2 fabulous sessions this weekend with volunteers coming out to help plant over 600 plants but we still have a couple of hundred more to go in, plus some existing bulbs!

So please come and join us on Monday morning, 10th November when we will be planting out the rest of these exciting new flood specialists.

Tools and plants all provided: just bring yourselves and your enthusiasm (and some gloves!) to help us make nature really fabulous.

Starting at 9.30 am we are planting at the far end, nearest the weir, and finishing when we run out of plants!
