SORRY BUT THE WINDS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SOW OUR SEEDS TODAY: JOIN US NEXT SUNDAY (12TH) AFTERNOON 2-4 PM INSTEAD!
We have some wonderful Cotswold National Landscape Glorious Grasslands seeds and also some Sainfoin to sow at Southill Solar Farm.
Come and join us, and be part of making it a great place for nature (butterflies and bees love it there, so we want to reward them with more food and flowers.
Park at the lay-by beside the entrance to the solar farm. Go through the gate, and turning left beside the hedge, go down the hill (towards Fawler) to where we are working. Bring gloves and rakes (either garden rakes or metal leaf rakes are good) and a pair of stout boots with which to stamp the seeds into the soil.
Family groups welcome: good for kids to get stomping on the seeds once they are in!
