Sun 16 Nov: 1500 hrs. CRAG Concert
At the reception after the wonderful recital he gave for CRAG in 2024, the internationally recognised violinist Paul Barritt offered to come back and do another concert one day. This time he is joined by the soprano Katy Thomson, who was a Garsington Opera Young Artist in 2021 and regularly features at the Oxford International Song Festival, and the pianist Ana Manastireanu, an increasingly sought-after pianist, who has won multiple awards including Accompanist Prizes in the AESS Patricia Routledge National English Song Competition. They will play a beautiful programme of music by Beethoven, Strauss, Spohr and Amy Beach. The Memorial Hall doors open at 1430 hrs.
