Thu 4 Sep: Six Inches of Soil -film and discussion

Wild About The Wychwoods are holding their first event at FarmED with a screening of the thought- provoking film Six Inches of Soil and would love people from Charlbury and other surrounding villages to join them.

Following the film there will be a short panel discussion chaired by Ian Wilkinson, the founder of FarmED. He'll be joined by Cambridge based soil scientist Dr Lydia Smith, local organic food producer Emma Harris-Bass (of The Kitchen Garden People) and award winning local cookery writer Kathy Slack (author of 'From The Veg Patch' and 'Rough Patch') who'll share their knowledge and passion for sustainably grown food and how we can apply many of the principles of regenerative farming at home and in the garden, by both choosing where we buy our food and by growing our own vegetables in healthy soil!

This promises to be a great evening - an inspiring film and a thought provoking discussion, all in the beautiful setting of FarmED - and with pizza!

Please note to register on the FarmEd website you need to go to Whats On and under Event Types look for Film Nights
