Wed 20 Aug: Charlbury WI August Meeting: It Could Have Been Me - Understanding the Holocaust
A moving and thought-provoking talk about the Holocaust by speaker Jeremy Sharpe. Jeremy will cover the background to historical events of the era and share his understanding of the talk title - It Could Have Been Me - which refers as much to being an enabler of the horrors as to being a victim of them. He will also share his very personal connection to this time in history.
