9.15-10.15am Yoga with Brek in the backroom of the Memorial Hall.
If needing to energise yourself to start the day, I’d love to share practice with you.
Brek is trained yoga teacher and a former ballet dancer keen to share creative yoga flows for community groups in Charlbury. She teachers vinyasa and hatha flows with some breath and meditation work to those of all ability and experience.
