Wed 21 May: Space Story Time - Author Event in the Library 4.30-5.30pm
This is a free event at Charlbury Library and is aimed at 7-12 year-olds with their carers.
Sue Palmer is a local author and her May's Moon Trilogy tells the story of 13 year old Michael May's dream of becoming the first child astronaut. At its heart, it's a story about chasing dreams and what happens when those dreams start to become a reality. Sue will be reading from her books but also telling us stories from when she has met real astronauts. This will be a very interactive session, having fun with real space food, robots and models and will end with a book signing. This event is free but you will need to sign up your child for a guaranteed place. See poster for details
