Calling mid-life women in the UK (aged 40-65)

If you have reduced or stopped drinking alcohol in the past 2 years, or were considering doing so, you are invited to take part in a qualitative one-to-one research interview (we will ask you to dedicate up to 1 hour of your time for the interview).

We’re exploring why alcohol is often overlooked in women’s healthcare - and how we can change that.

Evidence shows:

- Women are screened less often than men

- They are less likely to be asked about drinking

- And less likely to receive advice when they are

This study has received ethical approval from Oxford Brookes University Research Ethics Committee – ref No: 261974 and is confidential. Your voice could help improve how healthcare supports women.
