A Toolkit for Life and Loss: Tiny Online Group

I’m getting together a tiny, online grief support group – there are still a couple of places left. So far we’re all local. Together we'll be working through the most practical, sensitive and profound approach I've come across.

There's some reading and a small task between sessions, because this isn't only a space to talk – though there’s plenty of that – it's a structured, evidence-based method for working through loss.

It's for anyone living with loss of any kind: death, very much so, but also divorce, estrangement, illness, or any change that has turned life upside down. If you support other people through grief, professionally or otherwise, you'll find it just as useful. It will be far from only miserable!

We'll meet on Zoom every Tuesday at 7pm from 13th October, for eight weeks, with a follow-up session in December. Limited to 6 people, and if you feel at all apprehensive about sharing in a wider group, much of the deeper work happens in pairs or threes.

More about my background in this work and the Grief Recovery Method on the link below.

There's a partial bursary place for anyone who needs it – just ask. I don't want cost to ever be a barrier.
