Clinical Grade Listening Therapy sessions now available in Charlbury

Rest & Restore Protocol

This Listening Protocol is a brilliant fit for anyone struggling with the impact of anxiety, depression or chronic stress. When the body is distressed it redirects bloodflow to the survival systems of the body and away from the part of the brain we need to manage emotions and think clearly. It intensively activates the parasympathetic (rest & digest) response to alleviate distress.

The Rest and Restore Protocol™ is designed to promote deep relaxation, recovery, and balance in the body and mind. RRP targets the healing qualities of the autonomic nervous system, helping to improve physical and mental well-being.

It’s a clinical grade licensed product played through headphones via an app so can be delivered either face to face or virtually via Zoom with a trained practitioner.

After a full course of sound and autonomic mapping the body returns to an optimised state of balance and resilience.

The Sound Protocol is a licensed, clinical grade sound intervention

These sessions are a good fit for:

Acute Anxiety

Social Anxiety

Chronic Stress

Depression

ASD/C (Autism Spectrum Disorder/Condition)

When Rest & Restore Protocol is a good fit for you…

• You or your loved one struggles with external emotional triggers, social anxiety, or auditory sensitivity.

• There is overarousal, restlessness, or hypervigilance, especially in social settings.

Choose RRP (Rest & Restore Protocol) if:

• You or your loved one experiences emotional dysregulation with internal disconnection—feeling “numb,” dissociated, or not in tune with bodily cues.

• Relaxation is difficult because of unconscious body tension, irregular breathing, or disrupted internal rhythms which can result in issues with sleep or digestion.

• You’ve tried mindfulness or other modalities and still feel disconnected from your body or emotions.

It supports emotional regulation and relaxation, through this access point:

• RRP = body rhythm → brainstem → body-brain connection
