High-quality lightweight hardtail mountain bike, ideal for trails as a first quality MTB.
The gears index perfectly, great brakes, 80mm suspension fork soaks up the bumps, Maxxis Rekon 27.5” tyres roll over everything.
The size is XS – that’s for riders who are 150–163 cm tall. Bought in July 2023, the reason for selling is that my daughter has outgrown it. The bike has only been ridden a dozen or so times and is hence in perfect mechanical repair. It has always lived in a garage and is in excellent condition. No mud, no rust, gears and chain still shiny, just a couple of very minor scuffs from storage.
Liv is the women-specific brand that Giant uses to sell women’s bikes. The geometry will suit a woman better than bikes built for men. This Tempt 2 is midway thru the Tempt range https://www.liv-cycling.com/gb/bikes-tempt-2025 and the 2026 model Tempt 2 is on sale at £699.
I can supply the original sales receipt from Cyclogical Shop (Deddington). The same bike sold for £414 on ebay in June 2026. I am looking for £395 – that’s £200 less than you can get a new one for, secondhand but in near-perfect condition.
