Free Szechuan peppercorns

We have a large quantity of Sichuan peppercorns (about 300g). Way more than we can use. If you would like them, please let me know. They have an absolutely unique taste and are crucial for pretty much every Szechuanese dish in existence!

Szechuan peppercorns are not true peppers but dried, lemony-citrus pinkish husks from the prickly ash shrub (Zanthoxylum), famous for causing a unique "mala" numbing-tingling sensation (málà). Key to Sichuan cuisine, they are ideal for roasted, ground, or infused applications, pairing perfectly with meats like duck or pork, as well as dumplings
