Weekly Tuesday yoga classes at 09:30 am Charlbury Community Centre (Spendlove Centre)
Classes are friendly and welcoming, with options to modify for beginners and progress for regulars. Expect a balanced practice to improve mobility, strength, posture and relaxation.
Booking: Please contact Loren to book your spot and receive current dates/times.
Pricing: £12 per class when booked and paid in advance (for the dates you can attend). £15 drop-in (pay-as-you-go).
