Right-Hand Support for Founders (Remote)
Hello Charlbury Community! I’m currently seeking a part-time or full-time remote role and wanted to share this with my lovely community in case it lands with the right person (or you know someone who needs a brilliant right-hand woman).
I’m looking to work with a business owner, founder, or leader who needs a remote PA / operations support / social media manager / business right-hand - someone to help keep things moving, organised, and flowing smoothly behind the scenes and visible out front.
A little about what I bring to the table: I previously ran my own online coaching business, building it from the ground up and successfully growing and managing a highly engaged social media community of 10,000+ followers (real humans, real engagement - no bots or tumbleweeds). I created and executed content strategies, planned and designed posts, maintained a clear and consistent brand voice, and actively managed community engagement through comments and DMs. Alongside this, I supported the business across operations, admin, and day-to-day management, working autonomously, prioritising effectively, and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly behind the scenes.

- Systems, organisation, and day-to-day problem-solving
- Highly skilled in Canva (social content, branding, documents, presentations - you name it)
- Confident managing posting schedules, content calendars, and brand voice
- Quick to learn new tools, platforms, and processes
- Calm, proactive, and very good at spotting what needs doing before it becomes a problem
I’m flexible, switched-on, and very used to wearing multiple hats. I work best as a trusted right hand who fills the gaps, brings structure, manages the moving parts, and helps a business show up consistently online while the owner stays firmly in their zone of genius.
