Looking for a Professional Grant Writer

Hi All!
I am eager to find a professional Grant Writer for hire, ad hoc. If anyone has any personal recommendations, I would love to have a chat!
We need grants for STEM education initiatives in rural and seaside communities, with a focus on Aerospace careers. We would need someone who believes in our mission and shares our values of empowering young people, particularly those who are underrepresented in tech and aerospace (of which women only make up 13.4% of the workforce).
We already have a long list of grants to apply to and need help smashing out some top-tier applications. We are looking for someone who works great in a team and takes action. Some experience is definitely needed.
