2014 “Crafted in Indonesia” Samick built Squier Vintage Modified Strat. Duncan Designed pickups. Hot but clear at the bridge and twangy but still full in the middle and neck position. Just had a pro setup with Dadarrio gauge 10 strings.
Absolutely great guitar! The only Squier I’ve owned that beats this is a 1982 Japanese JV. Fantastic neck, trem holds tuner really well, quality tuners, strong pickups and it rings and sustains wonderfully. Frets are in really good shape, everything works as it should. Trem arm is the only non original part. Comes with a gig bag and guitar lead. Good condition; a few knocks but nothing major and I don’t think it’s been played a huge amount. Worst ding is on the top horn where it looks like something sharp has scraped off some lacquer (see pics).
