Land/barn wanted for rent

I'm looking for some land/disused barns with access for cars to launch a pop up health cafe and farm/health food shop and wondered if anyone has anything available locally please.
My business idea will have a strong emphasise on health and well-being, with plans to include workshops and events working with local holistic health practitioners and to stock only eco- friendly, organic, hand-made and local products.
