Part-time nanny or childcare wanted in Charlbury

We're looking for someone who can look after two very well-behaved :) children for 16 hours a week, mainly after school. We're flexible as to pay and requirements -
for instance, our current nanny brings her little boy to work with her.
We're in Charlbury, and we work from home, so not much sole care required.
