Join us for a five-course tasting menu cooked over flames on the grill, with talented guest chef Adam, renowned for his contributions to multiple award-winning, Michelin-starred restaurants.
The five-course tasting menu celebrates some of the most delicious flavours of spring, complemented by preserved autumnal and winter ingredients.
The evening will begin with a seasonal spring cocktail and canapés on arrival.
During the formative years of his career, Adam worked with some of the world’s most renowned chefs, including Philip Howard at The Square, Gordon Ramsay and Mark Askew at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Guy Savoy in Paris. Under the consultancy of Albert Roux at The Grand Hotel in Amsterdam, Adam progressed to Chef de Partie, he went on to hold the position of Sous Chef under Michel Roux Jr at the award-winning two Michelin starred restaurant, Le Gavroche in London.
Leaving London Adam held the position of Head Chef at The Wild Rabbit, achieving pub of the year in the Michelin guide and 3 AA Rosettes within the first year of opening. Adam is now a private chef travelling globally. His food makes the most of what is in season, it is French at heart with a modern British twist.
