Our speaker Claire Codling will be telling us about the work of the Days For Girls charity which provides kits for girls to use during their periods in countries where there is limited or no access to hygienic feminine protection. We are hoping to follow this up with a separate sewing workshop to make some of the kits.
Charlbury WI meet at 7.30pm on the third Wednesday of the month at the Memorial Hall. If you've not been before, then please come along and try us out. We have a interesting & varied programme for 2018, a growing membership & always have delicious home-made cake at meetings.
