The disco will take place from 11am ��" 3pm on Saturday 28th November at the Shed, Nine Acres Lane, Charlbury. It will be a silent disco which means each child will be given some headphones to listen to music. There will be two channels of music so they can decide which music they'd prefer to dance to. Nibbles and drinks will be provided.
We do not expect participants to dance for the whole 4 hours! We do want to have a continuous disco for 4 hours but your child can come and dance for 10 minutes, half an hour or longer ��" whatever they prefer.
There will be a number of prizes including awards for:
- Best Dance Moves
- Best Couple / Group Dance
- Most Money Raised
- Craziest Dance Moves
The Best Dance Moves prize will be judged by producer Anne Beresford. Anne has worked on many TV and film dance projects for BBC and Channel 4.
Please send through your child's favourite tunes to discocollective@hotmail.com so that we can try and put it on the playlist.
Our aim is to raise enough money to buy a drum kit and other musical instruments for Charlbury Primary School, Pre-School and Down's Syndrome Oxford.
