A 9-week experiential course in Charlbury

Starts Thursday 24 Sept, 7.30pm at the Friends Meeting House. Find out how mindfulness can help you to free yourself from unnecessary stress by learning a new way of relating to your experience.

The course is taught by Brigid Avison, who has been practising meditation and mindfulness since the early 1990s and has been teaching mindfulness courses in Oxford since 2008.
