Part-Time Office Assistant required

DustScan is a specialist Dust Consultancy based in Charlbury; our firm undertakes dust and particulate monitoring and analysis for many industries in this country and abroad.

We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with basic office duties, such as filing/archiving, using a database system to log in client samples, handle deliveries, liasing with sites/clients, order packing/dispatch, and assembling equipment.

The candidate should be well organized and practical, will require good attention to detail be confident with the use of computers with good typing skills and able to work under own inititive and be pro active in their role.

There is the potential for the successful candidate to develop their role within this small growing company.

The hours would be 9am ?" 1pm, Mon ?" Fri; these could be flexible to suit.
