House Rental/Sitting wanted 1week,June 21-July 12

We are permanent Charlbury residents but currently living in South Africa.
We are coming to Charlbury for about 1 week between 21 June- 12 July and looking for a short-term rental/house-sit with room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We own a property in Charlbury and are both reliable and responsible professionals.
Happy to look after all pets (we are dog & cat owners ourselves) and your house very carefully. References available.
Alternatively we could do a house swap - we have a lovely 4 bed villa with large pool in beautiful location on Table Mountain just outside Cape Town. This would also be available Dec 2012-Jan2013.
